Topweb’s school management system is from ₦300,000 one-time (you own it, hosted on your domain) or from ₦25,000 per month on subscription. Price depends on student count and modules (CBT, parents’ app, accounting). Set-up, data import and staff training are included.
What modules are included?
Student records and admissions, classes and subjects, attendance, continuous assessment and termly results with report cards, fees and receipts (Paystack/Flutterwave), timetable, SMS/email to parents, staff records and payroll, library and hostel (optional), CBT exams (optional), and a parents’ portal/app.
Can parents check results and pay fees online?
Yes. Parents log in on the web or the app to see results, attendance, fee balance and announcements, and pay fees by card, transfer or USSD with automatic receipts.
Does it work offline or with poor internet?
Teachers can enter scores in bulk via spreadsheet upload, and the system is light enough to work on 3G. Results and receipts can be printed in bulk.
Can it be customised to our grading system?
Yes — grading scales, assessment weights (CA/exam), report card layout, terms/sessions and school branding are all configured to your school.
