Contact Free Invoice Maker

Reach Top-web Technologies for app support, a bug report, privacy question, feature idea or business enquiry.

Choose the fastest support route

Many questions already have an immediate answer. Use the FAQ for cost, compatibility, privacy and supported documents. Use Documentation for fields and workflow. Use Tutorials for invoice, receipt, quotation, waybill and PDF instructions. Use the Help Center for installation, calculation, download, printing and sharing problems.

If those resources do not resolve the issue, email us. We aim to understand reproducible problems, but response time can vary with message volume, complexity and holidays. Sending multiple duplicate requests can slow investigation.

What to include in a technical request

Give the app name and package, Android version, device manufacturer and model, app version, document type, action attempted, expected result, actual result and exact error wording. List steps in order. Mention whether the problem happens every time and whether it also happens with a simple test document.

A strong report might say: “On Android 14 using app version 1.0.0, I create a test invoice with two items. Preview works, but tapping Download returns this exact message. I have 4 GB free storage and restarted the app.” That is more actionable than “invoice not working.”

Protect customer information

Do not send real invoices, receipts, quotations, waybills, customer lists, passwords, one-time codes, card data or confidential records unless specifically requested and you have legal authority. Reproduce the issue using invented names and values. Redact personal data from screenshots. If an attachment is necessary, explain what it contains and use an appropriate secure method.

Bug reports

A bug is repeatable behavior where the app does not perform the documented function. Describe the smallest set of steps that causes it. Say whether closing the app, restarting Android or updating changed the result. If calculation appears wrong, include sanitized line items, quantity, price, discount and tax values so the arithmetic can be reproduced.

Feature suggestions

Explain the business problem first, then the desired behavior. Identify which users benefit and how the feature fits invoices, receipts, quotations or waybills. Feature requests are welcome but do not create a commitment, schedule or guarantee. Security, complexity, maintenance and product direction affect prioritization.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Free Invoice Maker privacy request” and identify whether the request concerns the Android app, website logs or a prior support message. Do not attach identity documents unless we explain why verification is necessary and provide an appropriate channel. Review the Privacy Policy first; the current Google Play declaration states no data collected and no data shared by the app.

Business and media enquiries

State the organization, purpose, requested information and deadline. Do not present yourself as an official partner or representative without written authorization. Requests involving advertising, distribution or integration should include sufficient context for evaluation and should not include confidential proposals in the initial message.

Google Play and third-party problems

Google controls store accounts, purchase systems, device compatibility decisions and Play Store downloads. Your device maker controls some Android and print behavior. Email or messaging providers control delivery. We can help identify where the issue occurs, but the relevant third party may need to resolve a problem within its service.

Requests we cannot resolve by email

Support cannot determine your tax rate, write legally binding terms, recover credentials for a third-party account, confirm a customer payment, or guarantee that a document satisfies every rule. Contact the relevant authority, adviser, payment provider, Google Play support or device maker. We can explain documented workflows and investigate reproducible product behavior.

Accessibility feedback

We welcome reports about labels, contrast, text scaling, switch access and screen readers. Include the assistive technology, Android version, control and task you could not complete. Use sanitized data and explain the expected action.

Security reports

Do not exploit an issue, access other people’s information, disrupt the service or publish sensitive details before assessment. Explain the affected version, conditions and potential impact using the least intrusive evidence possible. A report does not authorize testing beyond your own device and data.

Response etiquette

Keep the original subject when replying. Answer diagnostic questions together where possible. If an update or restart fixes the problem, tell support what changed. Do not create several tickets for one incident.

How support prioritizes information

Reports that affect document accuracy, security, data protection or widespread access receive special attention, while general questions may be answered through published guidance. Priority does not promise a particular resolution time. A complete reproduction and a calm explanation help the team assess impact more quickly than repeated urgent messages without technical detail.

Language and translation

Support is currently documented in English. If you use translation software, include the exact original error text and avoid translating product codes, version numbers or package names. Short sentences and numbered steps make a translated report easier to understand. We may ask a follow-up question when meaning is uncertain.

Keep a copy of your message and any ticket reference. If a reply appears to request passwords, payment-card details or one-time codes, do not provide them. Verify the sender through the official contact information on this website.
