Choose the fastest support route
Many questions already have an immediate answer. Use the FAQ for cost, compatibility, privacy and supported documents. Use Documentation for fields and workflow. Use Tutorials for invoice, receipt, quotation, waybill and PDF instructions. Use the Help Center for installation, calculation, download, printing and sharing problems.
If those resources do not resolve the issue, email us. We aim to understand reproducible problems, but response time can vary with message volume, complexity and holidays. Sending multiple duplicate requests can slow investigation.
What to include in a technical request
Give the app name and package, Android version, device manufacturer and model, app version, document type, action attempted, expected result, actual result and exact error wording. List steps in order. Mention whether the problem happens every time and whether it also happens with a simple test document.
A strong report might say: “On Android 14 using app version 1.0.0, I create a test invoice with two items. Preview works, but tapping Download returns this exact message. I have 4 GB free storage and restarted the app.” That is more actionable than “invoice not working.”
Protect customer information
Do not send real invoices, receipts, quotations, waybills, customer lists, passwords, one-time codes, card data or confidential records unless specifically requested and you have legal authority. Reproduce the issue using invented names and values. Redact personal data from screenshots. If an attachment is necessary, explain what it contains and use an appropriate secure method.
Bug reports
A bug is repeatable behavior where the app does not perform the documented function. Describe the smallest set of steps that causes it. Say whether closing the app, restarting Android or updating changed the result. If calculation appears wrong, include sanitized line items, quantity, price, discount and tax values so the arithmetic can be reproduced.
Feature suggestions
Explain the business problem first, then the desired behavior. Identify which users benefit and how the feature fits invoices, receipts, quotations or waybills. Feature requests are welcome but do not create a commitment, schedule or guarantee. Security, complexity, maintenance and product direction affect prioritization.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Free Invoice Maker privacy request” and identify whether the request concerns the Android app, website logs or a prior support message. Do not attach identity documents unless we explain why verification is necessary and provide an appropriate channel. Review the Privacy Policy first; the current Google Play declaration states no data collected and no data shared by the app.
Business and media enquiries
State the organization, purpose, requested information and deadline. Do not present yourself as an official partner or representative without written authorization. Requests involving advertising, distribution or integration should include sufficient context for evaluation and should not include confidential proposals in the initial message.
Google Play and third-party problems
Google controls store accounts, purchase systems, device compatibility decisions and Play Store downloads. Your device maker controls some Android and print behavior. Email or messaging providers control delivery. We can help identify where the issue occurs, but the relevant third party may need to resolve a problem within its service.
