1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or using Invoice & Quotation Generator, also described here as Free Invoice Maker, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.
2. Service description
The service helps Android users create invoices, receipts, quotations and waybills; calculate totals from information entered; and generate, download, print or share PDF documents. The current Google Play listing describes unlimited creation as free and states that the app contains ads. Features, compatibility and availability may change through updates.
3. Eligibility and devices
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement or use the service with authorization from a responsible adult or organization. You are responsible for a compatible device, Google Play account, connectivity, storage, PDF viewer and third-party sharing services. Install only through an authorized source.
4. User content and accuracy
You control the business, customer, transaction, price, tax, discount, delivery and note information entered. You retain rights you hold in that content and authorize processing necessary to generate the requested document. You represent that you have authority and a lawful basis to use the information.
You are responsible for spelling, identity, dates, document numbers, line items, quantities, prices, totals, currency, tax treatment, terms and recipient. Preview every document. Automatic calculation does not validate the source values or determine legal compliance.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create fraudulent, deceptive, forged, unlawful or unauthorized documents; impersonate another person or business; misrepresent payment or delivery; evade tax or legal duties; distribute malware; infringe intellectual property or privacy; harass others; test security without permission; or interfere with the app, website or users. Do not use a receipt before payment or label a quotation as a paid invoice.
6. Business, legal and tax responsibility
The service is a document generator, not accounting software, a payment processor, tax preparation, legal advice, customs advice or professional certification. Invoice, receipt and delivery requirements differ across jurisdictions and industries. You must determine which fields, numbering, currency, language, taxes, signatures, retention periods and supplementary documents apply. Consult a qualified adviser when needed.
7. Generated files and records
You are responsible for downloading, naming, securing, backing up, sharing and retaining generated PDFs. We do not promise that a copy will remain available in the app or on this website. Check files before printing or sending. Access to a third-party email, storage or messaging service is governed by that provider.
8. Privacy and confidential information
Use only information necessary for the document. Do not enter passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information. Protect the device and files, confirm recipients and respect applicable privacy rights. See the Privacy Policy and current Google Play Data safety declaration for more information.
9. Intellectual property
The app, website, software, design, branding, original documentation and related materials are owned by or licensed to Topweb Technologies Ltd and protected by applicable law. These terms grant a limited, personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service as intended. They do not transfer our trademarks, source code or proprietary materials.
You may use a generated PDF for your legitimate business transaction. You may not copy the app, reverse engineer it where prohibited, remove ownership notices, resell access, create a confusingly similar service or claim affiliation without permission.
10. Third-party services and advertising
Google Play, Android, advertisements, PDF viewers, printers, email, messaging and storage providers are independent services with separate terms and policies. We do not control their availability, security, content or delivery. A link is provided for convenience and does not endorse every third-party statement or product.
11. Updates, suspension and termination
We may update, modify, limit or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal or product reasons. We may restrict access where use threatens the service, violates these terms or creates legal risk. You may stop using the service and uninstall the app at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations from incorrect inputs, universal device compatibility, customer payment, legal sufficiency of a document, tax compliance, message delivery, file recovery, ranking results or business outcomes. Nothing excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topweb Technologies Ltd and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, missed payments, tax penalties or business interruption arising from use. Any direct liability will be limited as required by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limits apply only where lawful.
14. Indemnity
Where permitted, you agree to defend and indemnify us from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights or misuse of generated documents.
15. Changes, severability and contact
We may revise these terms and will update the effective date. Continued use after a revision means acceptance where permitted. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
